Available to provide general sustainable business advice.

I have been managing holiday parks for twenty five years.  Formerly with Haven Holidays in Yorkshire, Suffolk and Kent but for the past ten years with Hoburne Holidays in Torbay.  The park here has 500 static caravans and pitches for 75 tourers, facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant and take away, and entertainment venues.  Additionally within Hoburne I act as Sustainability Manager, introducing an environmental policy to the organisation and, amongst other measures, rolling out local food menus and nature trails across the seven parks.  I am currently working on introducing ISO14001.  In recent years I have been involved with the Transition Towns movement in both Torbay and to a lesser extent Totnes.
